Living Shangri-La Vancouver

Living Shangri-La Vancouver is a sixty-one storey tower that includes luxury residential suites, Shangri-La Hotel, Urban Fare, Burberry, Market by Jean-Georges, and public art curated by the Vancouver Art Gallery. This is the location of the first Shangri-La Hotel in North America, and Living Shangri-La is the tallest building in Vancouver.

Woodward's Redevelopment

Woodward's Redevelopment is the much anticipated transformation of a landmark building into a socially, environmentally and economically sustainable development that will play a significant role in the revitalization of the Downtown Eastside. The development includes market residential suites, non-market housing, SFU School for the Contemporary Arts, London Drugs, Nesters Market, JJ Bean and other retailers, office space, day care, outdoor plaza, garden and galleria.

Fairmont Pacific Rim

Fairmont Pacific Rim is a 47 storey tower that includes luxury residential suites and a new five star Fairmont Hotel. Located next to Shaw Tower and across from the new convention centre, the Coal Harbour waterfront is at its doorstep and this building has become part of the Vancouver landmark skyline.
